About This Club

Gardeners of Greater Akron  promotes gardening as a desirable hobby for  men, women and youth. This non-profit club was renamed in March, 2010.
It originally started as Men’s Garden Club of Akron, Ohio in September 1937.

Program:  We have a great Christmas show for our GOGA members. It is the Lock 4 Barbershop Quartet.  The group sings such songs as “God Bless America,” “You Ain’t Gettin’ Diddly Squat (Cause You Really Messed Up This Year)” and everything in between. They perform a mix of classic barbershop, gospel tunes, novelty numbers. patriotic songs, holiday pieces and more.

The club operates exclusively for educational, scientific, and charitable purposes:
